Registration Dates & Discounts
August 10 - September 1: Post-Summer Priority registration for 2019 families. $100 discount per session.
September 2 - October 27: Priority Registration for new and returning families. $100 discount per session.
October 28: Regular Registration opens. No additional discounts.
Deposit & Cancellation Policy: A deposit of $500 per session is required for application processing, all of which is refundable before December 31, 2019. If you cancel between January 1, 2020 and January 31, 2020, $250 of your deposit will be refunded per camper/per session. If you cancel on or after February 1, 2020, $500 per camper/per session will not be refunded. If you cancel on or after April 15, 2020, $1,000 per camper/per session will not be refunded. There will be no refunds from May 15, 2020.
Multi-Child Discount: If you have more than one child from your immediate family enrolled, we will apply a $100 discount for each additional child.
Transportation: Parents/Guardians are responsible for transportation fees and baggage fees to and from Camp. Arrangements will be made for Camp staff to meet campers at, and return to, airline gates at designated airports. Detailed information is sent in the spring.
Prior to Camp: Every child attending a URJ Camp must: (a) submit all camp forms completed, including a health form with confirmation of a physical exam conducted within 12 months of opening day; (b) be covered by an appropriate health insurance policy; and, (c) have up-to-date, age-appropriate immunizations.
Immunization Policy: The URJ Camping system considers camp safety and public health as matters of utmost importance. The vaccination of all members of the camp community ranks as a key component in maintaining a safe environment and in decreasing the risk of transmission of contagious illness. Accordingly, the URJ Camping system requires that any member of the camp community in residence receive up-to-date, age-appropriate immunizations. Intersessions
Intersession is a 2 day/2 night adventure exclusively available to campers who stay at camp for multiple sessions. All food and lodging at camp, supervision, transportation and admission to off-site activities are included. Off site activities may include trips to amusement parks, Minor League Baseball games, movies, etc. Exact itineraries subject to change.
