Prior to Camp: Every child attending a URJ Camp must: (a) submit all camp forms completed, including a health form with confirmation of a physical exam conducted within 12 months of opening day; (b) be covered by an appropriate health insurance policy; and, (c) have up-to-date, age-appropriate immunizations.

Immunization Policy: The URJ Camping system considers camp safety and public health as matters of utmost importance. The vaccination of all members of the camp community ranks as a key component in maintaining a safe environment and in decreasing the risk of transmission of contagious illness.
